STEP 1
Measure Each Wall
1. Most walls aren’t perfectly square, so measure each wall in three places - bottom, middle, and top.
2. Extend a tape measure along the base of your first wall (above the baseboard). Jot down your first measurement, rounding to the nearest 16th of an inch.
3. Next, measure the middle and top of that same wall and record the measurements.
4. Use the shortest of the 3 measurements you just recorded as the final measurement of the wall.
5. Repeat these steps for each wall in your space.
